Are your candles hand-poured?
Yes. Every candle and wax melt is hand-poured in small batches using a premium soy blend and highly fragranced oils.

Getting your order to you
Processing time
Because each item is hand-poured to order, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.
Shipping rates
Free standard shipping on orders over $75.
A flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout for orders under $75.
Delivery
Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. You'll receive tracking by email when your order is on its way.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, email brenda@brsbusiness.com within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right.
Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.
Final sale
All candles and wax melts are final sale. Because they are hand-poured, highly fragranced personal-care items, we are unable to accept returns or process exchanges once an order is placed. Please review your scents and sizes carefully before checking out.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email brenda@brsbusiness.com within 7 days of delivery with your name, order email, and a photo, and we'll do our best to make it right.

Candle Care
Burn safely, burn beautifully
First burn: Let the wax melt fully across the surface (about 1–2 hours) to prevent tunneling.
Trim the wick to about ¼ inch before every burn for a clean, even flame.
Burn time: Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
Keep clear of drafts, pets, children, and anything flammable.
Stop burning when about ½ inch of wax remains.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Wax melts
Place one cube in a tealight or electric warmer. Never add water and never heat on a stovetop.
